Sorry there is no recourse/refund on lost, stolen packages and damaged. Without tracking AND insurance which only $100 As soon as it hits Canada Post or Sendle it's out of my hands.
Returns are ok, within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping. I will refund after inspection of items, must be in same condition when sent and are in the correct bags.
